About Rougelio

I built this because a client ghosted me on the last payment.

Not a metaphor. The work was approved — over voice notes and a scattered chat — and when it came time for the final payment, the client went quiet and I had nothing solid to point to. A friend lost the back half of an ad-card project the same way: showed the design for review, the client "loved it," then disappeared before the last installment.

Every freelancer I know has a version of this story. So I stopped complaining about it and built the fix.

Rougelio is built by LogicIgniter LLC.

The problem isn't the work. It's the paper trail.

Freelancing doesn't usually fall apart because the work is bad. It falls apart in the gaps — the feedback nobody can find, the approval nobody remembers giving, the scope that quietly tripled, the payment that depended on a "yes" said out loud in a voice note.

Rougelio closes those gaps. It keeps the agreed scope, collects feedback in one place, and turns every client sign-off into a recorded, timestamped approval. Not to be aggressive with clients — most are good — but so the honest ones have a clear record, and the difficult ones can't rewrite history.

For freelancers

Set your scope once. Collect feedback in one link. Get approvals you can actually point to. Spend less time arguing about what was agreed and more time getting paid for it.

For clients

Leave feedback in seconds, see exactly what you're approving, and know where the project stands — no account, no app, just a link.

How the workflow works

A streamlined process that eliminates feedback chaos

01

Set the scope.

Deliverables, revisions, price, and what's not included — pinned to the project from day one.

02

Collect feedback & send approvals.

One link for feedback; clean approval requests for the moments that matter.

03

Build the record.

Every approval and milestone is logged with a timestamp. When it's time to get paid, you have the receipts.

Built by a freelancer, for freelancers who'd like to get paid.
